4 years ago I started my weight loss journey. I was 360lbs when I started, getting down to 174lbs for my lowest. I lost 189lbs total in 10 months. After focusing on dropping my weight, I ended up losing a lot of my muscle. So I started hitting the weights when I was 215 2 1/2 years ago. Now I am a solid 250lbs and I couldn’t be any happier with my journey and everyone for being with me through it. My gym has been the best for guidance and encouragement for pushing me to better myself physically and mentally.
