Kloee Drabek's Story


At the beginning of my fitness journey, I had no clue what I was doing. All I knew, was that I wanted to gain weight/muscle and I wanted to do it the right way. I was 90-100 pounds soaking wet and I knew that I wasn’t the happiest with my body or mentally.


I started in CrossFit with friends who taught me the basics. From there I went and signed myself up for a gym membership and started using YouTube all I could to learn more and grow more within my body. Not long after I started seeing results. It was a long process to get to where I am today and a lot of learning but it was 100% worth it.


The gym has always helped my mental state and now it’s not even about my physique… yes, how I look is nice. But how I feel is just even more worth what I do, it’s my escape and how I cope with day-to-day stressors. Today I sit at around 150 lbs and I’ve gained it the “right” way. I have spent 5 years learning my body and food and getting to know some of the coolest people in the gym who become more like family. This gym has shown me how close we can be and how much we can help each other achieve our goals whether that be mental or physical goals.
